HOUSING SUBSIDY OPTIONS

VISTAs under the Mission: St. Louis VISTA Umbrella will be able to receive a housing subsidy of $150 off rent per month at one of our 3 pre-approved property management companies.

• Odd Couples Housing
  

This subsidy is paid directly to the landlord. For new VISTAs the agreement goes into effect the first full month of service and will last through the last month of service.

  • College dorm 2.0

  • 1904 World’s Fair homes (University City/Delmar)

  • Will have your own room with communal living spaces

  • 3-5 housemates, usually students and young professionals

  • Fully furnished

• Fox Grove Property Management

  • Typically property management company

  • Properties all around St. Louis City

  • Options include: studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom

• Odd Couples

  • Intergenerational housing

  • Located all over St. Louis City and county

  • Negotiable terms (i.e. more chores around the house, less rent)

  • Will no be providing medical or caretaker responsibilities

  • Housing options available for smokers and pets
